What is the Survivor 50 theme?

The Survivor 50 theme is “In the Hands of the Fans,” with gameplay elements having been determined by fan voting that was conducted during Survivor 48. And when we say gameplay elements, we mean fans were asked to weigh in on everything from the color of the buffs, to whether the Survivor 50 winner should be revealed at a live reunion show in Los Angeles, or on the island right after the jury’s ballots have been cast.
