Filburt receives a horrible fortune from a Chinese fortune cookie just before he is to enter the Mega Spin. Rocko's kitchen is destroyed by a government satellite right before his big party. He and Heffer attend Home Show conventions.

After a big fight, Rocko and Heffer find themselves guests on "The Nosey Show", a daytime TV talk show. Rocko is forced into a twelve-step self-help program in order to come to grips with his nail-biting problem.

Mr. and Mrs. Bighead's son, Ralph, is a famous animator. When he decides he wants to be let out of his contract, he lets Rocko, Heffer, and Filburt be in charge of his new series.

The moment we've all been waiting for: Filbert overcomes his fear and decides to ask Doctor Hutchison to marry him. Dr. Hutchinson beats Filbert to the punch and asks him to marry her.

In order to officially become an adult member of the Wolf Pack,Heffer must bring home an elk for dinner. Rocko's hygiene is under scrutiny after his "spinach tooth" is revealed nationwide during his accepance speech.
