CBS All Access, the CBS Television Network's digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service, is excited to announce the pickup of a new mystery thriller called One Dollar, which joins CBS All Access' growing original programming slate, which includes The Good Fight and Star Trek: Discovery.

Set within a small Rust Belt town in post-recession America, One Dollar tells the unexpected story of a one-dollar bill changing hands amidst a group of characters who wind up embroiled in a shocking tale of multiple murders.
As the currency changes hands, so does the point of view of each episode, which paints a somber picture of an American town plagued by deep class and cultural divides that spill out when local secrets are revealed.
One Dollar will be produced by CBS Television Studios.
The series is created by Jason Mosberg. Matt DeRoss and Alexandre Dauman will serve as Executive Producers, and Craig Zobel (Compliance, The Leftovers) will direct and executive produce.
