Supporting your significant other is key to making a relationship last.
For the Shorts, that means partaking in old rivalries, going through a painful procedure, and picking a fight. Luckily, it's all in the name of love, as we learned in "Pong Vasectomy Burn Milkshake."
Here are four particularly hilarious moments from Ep. 10 of Life In Pieces:
1.) Unfortunately, for the Short brothers, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
When it's revealed that Greg’s wedding photos were ruined after he suffered a ping-pong injury at the hand of his big brother, Matt, the two decide it's about time for a rematch.
The fierce battle ended exactly like it did the first time: Greg was left with a broken heart and a knocked-out tooth.
2.) At the request of his wife, Heather, Tim undergoes a vasectomy.
With all their kids out of the house, Heather asked Tim do something he'd been putting off for a while—get a vasectomy.
Being the a supportive husband he is, Tim willingly went through with the painful procedure, but not before exposing his fears—and a whole lot more—to a particularly snippy nurse, who used to work for Tim. Nothing breaks the ice better than confronting an ex-employee while you're bottomless and she's holding a razor.
3.) In an attempt to get revenge on Greg, Jen hits him where he hurts—his love of tortilla chips.
Greg reached out to Heather for advice on how to help a nervous Jen ease back into work. Her suggestion was to pick a fight leading Greg to tell his beautiful wife she needed to lose some more baby weight. Clearly not happy with Greg’s comments, Jen took revenge on his tortilla chips by crushing them into a million pieces.
4.) Joan’s milkshake brings all the boys to theyard back of John's pickup truck.
After hours of being stuck on the phone with customer service over a number of mysterious items she didn't order, she told John she needed a milkshake to make it all better.
Unfortunately, the fast-food drive-thru attendant told the couple they were out of the tasty treat, which caused Joan to go into a tailspin. Thankfully, husband John took matters into his own hands and made a deal that supplied his wife with her desired dessert and solved the pair's package problem.
