Change is in the air for the Short family and it's unusually painful.

Change is hard. Not only that, but for the Short family, change is also awkward, uncomfortable, and sometimes physically painful, as we learned in "Ponzi Sex Paris Bounce" when everyone was going through a time of transition.
From Matt and Colleen dealing with ex-fiancé Chad’s latest antics to Greg and Jen getting back in the saddle—nod, nod, wink, wink—after having the baby, no one can escape life’s awkward adjustments.
Here are four particularly hilarious moments from the sixth episode of Life In Pieces:
1.) Matt and Colleen try to ward off Chad, yet again. But this time, he's got a pyramid scheme!
What’s worse than an ex-fiancé-turned-convict? An ex-fiancé-turned-convict who's involved in a ridiculous Ponzi scheme. After avoiding his stint in prison, Chad wedges himself in the middle of Matt and Colleen’s relationship by trying to pup-nap the former couple's poodle, Princess.
Then, when Chad's plan is obviously foiled, he returns and tries to sell the lovebirds on his new business venture, which involved peddling beauty products. You can't fault the dude for trying, right?
2.) Greg and Jen attempt to have sex for the first time since the birth of their daughter.
After Jen’s debacle down below, she’s finally been given the go-ahead to boink her husband, Greg. With their newborn quietly asleep, the two excitedly prepare for a night of passion. What they didn't prepare for, however, was Greg accidentally grabbing hand sanitizer instead of lubricant, which resulted in the kind of burning sensation that is neither his nor her pleasure.
3.) Heather musters the courage to break up with her hairdresser.
Breaking up is hard to do, especially when it comes to your hair stylist. After receiving a less-than-flattering dated '80s 'do from her longtime coiffeur, Lynette (Alex Borstein), Heather is determined to cut the cord, but the only reason she can give for leaving the salon is that her family is moving to Paris.
Pauvre Heather.
4.) Sophia leans in for her first kiss.
Always looking for an opportunity to be treated like a grownup, 6-year-old Sophia eavesdrops on Samantha’s birthday party and overhears the tween discuss different kissing techniques. The unexpectedly mature mademoiselle takes her newfound lip-lock knowledge and attempts to put it to action—on her dad.
