When Kendra and the other kids grow concerned that Kevin (Kevin James) isn't spending enough time on himself, the family concocts an idea that could keep him busy and retain the family's sanity at the same time.
In the next all-new episode of Kevin Can Wait entitled "Business Unusual," which airs Monday, Oct. 2 at 9/8c on CBS and CBS All Access, Kendra (Taylor Spreitler) tricks her dad into taking a job with his old partner, Vanessa (Leah Remini).

Kendra insists that her dad try to be more independent and put himself first, and trust that the kids can manage on their own.
So, Vanessa ropes Kevin into a job at her new private security company to keep his mind busy on non-household responsibilities.
"Business Unusual" also welcomes guest stars Angelo Pagan, who also happens to be Leah Remini's husband, and comic Chuck Nice.
