Here we go, college football fans. In a Big Ten battle, No. 4 Penn State will hit the road to take on Purdue on Saturday at the Boilermakers' Ross-Ade Stadium.

Penn State (8-1; 5-1 Big Ten) is coming off a 35-6 conference win over Washington. The victory, combined with Week 11 losses by the likes of Georgia and Miami, helped propel coach James Franklin's Nittany Lions up two spots in the latest AP Top 25 Poll.

Overall, the Big Ten is looming large as the season hits the final quarter: Four of the top five schools in the AP poll hail from the conference. In addition to Penn State, there's No. 1 Oregon (10-0; 7-0 Big Ten), No. 2 Ohio State (8-1; 5-1 Big Ten), and No. 5 Indiana (10-0; 7-0 Big Ten).

Purdue (1-8; 0-6 Big Ten) is one of the Big Ten's struggling schools. Coach Ryan Walters' team is winless since opening its season with a 49-0 takedown of Indiana State.
