Here we go. It's No. 4 Penn State taking on USC on Saturday at United Airlines Field at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California. The game will be the first matchup for the two schools since Jan. 2, 2017, in what was a then-traditional Big 10-Pac-12, bowl-season showdown at the Rose Bowl. Now, they'll face each other as regular-season rivals of the same conference: the Big 10.

Penn State (5-0; 2-0 Big Ten) is on a roll: Coach James Franklin's undefeated Nittany Lions jumped up three spaces in the latest AP Top 25 Poll, landing at No. 4 after they notched their latest win, a Week 6 takedown of another school that's new to the Big 10, UCLA (1-4; 0-3 Big Ten).

USC (3-2; 1-2 Big Ten), meanwhile, will be looking to get back on track after a shocking, last-minute defeat to Minnesota (3-3; 1-2 Big Ten), 24-17. Going into the game, coach Lincoln Riley's Trojans were ranked No. 11; after the upset loss, they fell out of the Top 25.
