For the first time in the show's 55-year history, the 55th Academy of Country Music Awards™ will take place in Nashville, Tennessee, and air live on Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 8/7c on CBS and CBS All Access.
Hosted by Keith Urban—a 15-time ACM Award-winner and the reigning ACM® Entertainer of the Year Keith Urban—this year's ceremony will be the first awards show to broadcast from three iconic venues in Music City, including the Grand Ole Opry House, Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium, and The Blueburd Cafe.

As always, the 55th ACM Awards will honor and showcase country music's biggest names and emerging talent; plus, fans can look forward to a slew of exciting performances from artists set to be announced in the coming weeks.
